The Balance Act

I don't remember the last time I have been so busy and therefore so tired?! I feel like such a bad blogger cuz I just haven't had the energy to come on and post and I have been reading my reg. blogs here and there but at work I cannot really leave a comment easily!

So how to balance work, family and home life, school PAC stuff and soccer????!!!!

This week at work has flown by, got to love that! I can hardly believe it is May already! ok I feel like I am rambling!!

Next week I have a soccer practice and 2 games, our first game is on Wed.! plus my baby's 5th birthday throw a party together in there somewhere and I have to arrange to go to the Coast to pick up my new car..... well it is not really new it is a 1967 something or other, like my attention to detail?, and I totally get that it is really for J not "me"! hehe but it's ok cuz I get to drive it to work and back and with the soaring gas prices that is a relief from the $100 + I am spending on gas for my truck each week.

J had another treatment this week and it really made him sick and now his tremor is really pronounced. Just when he is getting ready to go back out on his own with his landscaping business. He has already had a few calls, as much as he is not really ready to go back to work we don't have much of a choice as his benefit company disallowed long term disability stating that he was having symptoms before his benefits kicked in. AHHHH so what is one to do?

Well we are off to the ranch this weekend!! yah I am so happy to be going! I need a weekend away really badly, hopefully we get to rest a bit in between cutting and wrapping the meat! We are having a cow butchering party ...... yup that's right we are officially full bred red necks now!!

Have a great weekend!

The balancing act is very difficult....and remember, you don't have to do so much. Say no when you can..not when you want to...but when you know you ought to.

Sounds like you're meeting yourself coming and going! Try to relax a bit!
