AHHHHHHHH

well I got offered this job too! I have 1 more interview on Friday morning, BUT these guys want me to start tomorrow. In fact they are willing to give me a signing bonus to show me how much they want me. AND they are Christians. And they know my neighbors.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I have to let them know!!!

WOW!!
When it rains..it pours. Wonderful new on the job offers.
Isn't it nice to have a choice and not feel compelled to take a job because it pays the bills.
I will pray for God's direction for you.
God Bless

As they say, sometimes a bird in the hand . . . you know that old saying? Let me know if you're too young and I'll send you the end.

Congrats!!

Congratulations! This is just my two cents: It's nice that they are Christians and that they know your neighbor, and it's obvious that they want you to start right away - b/c they know you can. However, if you were already employed elsewhere and looking to change jobs, they would (or should) allow you to give notice to you current employer (2 weeks is the norm here in the U.S., but some folk give less notice). I'd just tell them that you're really committed to making the best decision for your family AND for you career and that you need a day or two to think about it. And pray on it! (This is just me, but the worst job I ever had was at the place that really seemed to want me the most. Ironic, isn't it?) But I know you'll put your trust in the Lord and he'll lead you...
